Thank you for shopping with NRATED. We appreciate your support and aim to make your shipping experience as smooth as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated during product drops, pre-orders, or limited releases.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

  • High order volume may result in slight delays

  • Pre-order items may require additional production time

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

NRATED is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

NRATED is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward a resolution, including an exchange if applicable.
