At NRATED, every piece is produced with care and attention to quality. Because many of our items are limited and made in small quantities, all sales are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer:

• Refunds

• Returns for change of mind

• Order cancellations after purchase

Please review your order carefully before checking out, including sizing, shipping address, and product selection.

Exchanges for Defective Items

If your hoodie arrives with a manufacturing issue or defect, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

Examples include:

• Damaged stitching

• Incorrect item received

• Major print defects

• Broken or faulty garment components

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

If the original item is unavailable, store credit or a replacement of equal value may be offered at our discretion.

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
